When you register as an agent, utilize our electricity bill clearing switch, or transact on our network, we may collect:

Identity & KYC Information: Full name, Aadhaar number (masked in compliance with UIDAI regulations), PAN card, photograph, and proof of address.
Contact Details: Email address, mobile telephone number, shop/business location, and geographical coordinates.
Utility Bill Identifiers: Electricity Consumer Number (K-Number), Discom name, CA Number, or vehicle registration number.
Financial & Transaction Metadata: Bank account details, IFSC code, transaction amounts, timestamps, IP addresses, and device identifiers.

2. How We Use Collected Data

To authenticate and execute real-time utility bill settlements with power discoms (such as AVVNL, JVVNL, JdVVNL) and BBPS billers.
To route and clear AEPS cash withdrawals, DMT transfers, and mobile recharges via NPCI and partner banking networks.
To comply with regulatory mandates established by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), NPCI, and Department of Information Technology & Communication (DoIT&C), Govt. of Rajasthan.
To prevent fraudulent activity, monitor security health, and send transactional notifications.

3. Data Protection & Security

We employ 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmitted between your browser or application and our financial switches. We enforce strict role-based access control, periodic vulnerability scans, and maintain data storage in Tier-4 SOC-2 certified Indian data centers.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Data is shared exclusively with authorized clearing parties (such as NPCI, state discom billing servers, BBPS operating units, and acquiring banks) strictly to process your requested transactions.
